The Ultimate Plan

Your Ultimate Plan Will Be Unique and Perfectly Suited to a Pinnacle of Venture Success.

Power Vision

Can the frozen wastes of hyper-competitive flotsam and jetsam be turned into a productive vision by the leaders of YOUR venture?

Since we assume you agree with that pre-requisite, the challenge is to convey this future vision to investors and customers who see only present reality. Some call this “selling air” and some call this “selling the future” and in either case it is either the ultimate critical path to success, or the ultimate bog of failure. How the audience visualizes and absorbs and internalizes YOUR vision is everything.

THIS VISION:

CAN BECOME THIS VISION:

Is the vision thing overrated? Hardly. It is underplayed and mis-played most of the time. It is of course a personal vision shared with a team and all the other potential resources that need to be pulled into the vision.

How do you do that in a Plan?

Landscapes are not visionary, but visions are capitalist landscapes. Even non-profits are capitalist landscapes, since growth and doing good require capitalist sustainability to survive, they all still run on money and resources, however obtained.

A visionary business plan such as our Ultimate Plan paints a vision that can be absorbed from the idea and the way the Plan is presented, necessarily independent of the personality of the presenter who cannot always be there to impose a vibrant personality. The vibrancy of the vision must be effectively mirrored in the Plan.

The key is the industry or idea Landscape, and the Roadmap described by the Plan for that landscape.

Give a person a detailed map and a way to get to an objective, and the person will believe it and follow it. Think Christopher Columbus and the Piri Reis map of the world which he surely had seen or had in his possession.

Our definition of visionary disagrees with many dictionary definitions, which paint a visionary is one who exists in unreality and cannot bring the visions to real fruition. We do not believe such incapable visionaries exist to any great extent, though there are many who dream well beyond what is immediately possible. As Star Trek showed us, every visionary invention used on the set pf the show is becoming real technology today. We believe the most effective ventures and business plans must reflect a certain level of future vision, and specifically one that creates a much better future scenario than any other plan in its category.

To most directly and strongly show a business vision, we favor excellent charts which we call Power Charts, a few examples of which can be seen on the web page with that name, but many more of which exist. A venture plan in our view must have a set of compelling financial and market charts to convey the vision, preferably a chart created to show how markets will be captured.
